Harlan attended York University, obtaining a B.A. with (Hons) in 2006. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School thereafter, graduating with a J.D. in 2009.

Upon graduation from Law School, Harlan immediately began working in Personal Injury Law and has been devoting his career exclusively to helping victims of accidents obtain the compensation they deserve. Harlan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
